What is your returns policy?
Yes! If you change your mind, we will gladly offer you a choice of either a refund or gift card within 14 days of delivery (on the condition the piece is in saleable condition, unworn with original packaging).

How do I best care for my jewellery?
While all metals naturally soften and fade over time, following these guidelines will help prolong the life of your high-quality piece/s.
Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, sunscreens, lotions, and chemicals.
Remove jewellery before sleeping to prevent breakage.
While Vera is waterproof, taking off your jewellery before washing hands, showering, or swimming in chlorine or salt water will prolong the gold plating for as long as possible.
Remove jewellery before activities that risk physical damage (e.g., cleaning or exercising).
Be mindful when layering necklaces or pendants, as metal rubbing against metal can cause wear.
